  1. Script is intended to run from AY2014 in SSMS or SQLMaster. Running query will create two record sets. The first record set is to be saved as a CSV named FLPAAUDIT_DATA.CSV and record set 2 should be named FLPABREACH_DATA.CSV

    1. Create a folder on C drive named FLPAAUDIT2014

    2. Save the first record set as C:\FLPAAUDIT2014\FLPAAUDIT_DATA.CSV (FLPAAUDIT_DATA)

    3. Save the second record set as C:\FLPAAUDIT2014\FLPABREACH_DATA.CSV (FLPABREACH_DATA)

  2. Both CSV files should be saved into C:\FLPAAUDIT2014\ along side of the FLPAAUDIT.XLSX spreadsheet.

  3. Open the C:\FLPAAUDIT2014\ folder where you've saved the CSV and XLSX files

  4. OPEN both CSV files (does not matter which one you open first)

  5. After opening the CSV files, OPEN the FLPAAUDIT.XLSX file to open and update the links. Your spreadsheet should update to show the current data within the csv files
